How these are counted
Days are Asia/Manila days. An advisory counts on the day the outage falls on.
Only published advisories are counted. Anything still awaiting review is left out.
Notice time is the median gap between an advisory appearing here and the outage starting. An outage already under way when we found it is excluded, because that measures how fast we read a page, not how much warning the cooperative gave.
Reader reports are counted separately from advisories. A report is a signal that something is wrong in a barangay, not a schedule.
