NORECO II, tree trimming
Know before the lights go out. Free, for every barangay.
Kuryente Broadcast collects the brownout advisories your electric cooperative posts and turns them into one page you can search, bookmark and be alerted from.
140 cooperatives, no ads, no account needed.
The newest advisory published on the site.
Every city and municipality we cover, coloured by whether the power is off, whether an outage has been announced for today or tomorrow, and whether it has just come back. Drawn on the server from the published advisories and your neighbours’ reports, and refreshed every minute.
25 towns with power out now, 22 towns with an outage announced for today or tomorrow.
The interactive map zooms to your town, colours each barangay and opens the schedules for the one you tap.
Every published advisory from every cooperative we follow, on one page, ordered by what is happening right now. Search your barangay and the board becomes your barangay.

Every barangay in a covered franchise area has its own page with only the schedules that cover it. Bookmark it once and it is the only page you ever need to open.

A co-op can claim its page and post an advisory itself. What it posts is marked as verified by the cooperative and goes out to subscribers immediately, without waiting for anyone to read Facebook.

When supply is short, cooperatives rotate the outage between groups of feeders: one notice, several groups, a different window each day. Read as written, it is almost impossible to work out whether it is your turn.

Scroll the table for the rest of the week.
We poll the cooperatives' own Facebook pages and keep the original text and link with every advisory.
Explicit rules — not a language model — find the date, the time range and each barangay against the official PSGC list.
Anything the rules are unsure about waits for a volunteer, and anything a co-op posts itself is published as verified.
140 cooperatives and utilities across 17 regions, 39,860 barangays inside a covered franchise area.
Claim your page and post your own advisories. They reach your members in seconds, in the same shape as everyone else's, marked as coming from you — and you stop depending on us reading your Facebook post correctly.
Not sure your co-op is listed? Send us a message on our Facebook page and we will set it up. A contact page is coming.
No polling delay and no parser between you and your members.
Everyone subscribed to a covered barangay gets a push message.
Change a window or call off an outage and the slip updates.
Every advisory you post carries your cooperative's name.
Everything on the site is available as JSON and as RSS, with no key and no rate-limit paperwork. Build a bot, a barangay noticeboard or a radio station's ticker.

Yes, completely, and it always will be. There are no ads, nothing to buy and no paid tier. It is run as a public service.
No. Searching, reading schedules and turning on alerts all work without one. Only cooperative staff sign in, and they do it with a link rather than a password.
From the cooperatives themselves: their public Facebook advisories, and, for co-ops that have claimed their page here, posts they write directly. Every slip keeps a link to the original.
The dates, times and barangays are extracted by explicit rules and checked against the PSGC list, and low-confidence results are held for review. Schedules still change without notice, so always confirm with your co-op before you rely on one.
Pick your barangay and allow notifications in your browser. You get a push message when a new advisory covers it. Several advisories in the same few minutes collapse into one message.
Yes. Claim your page and you can post, edit and cancel your own advisories. They appear marked as verified by your cooperative and reach your subscribers straight away.
