SCHEDULED POWER INTERRUPTION
OCTOBER 17, 2026
The Cagayan Electric Power & Light Co., Inc. (CEPALCO) would like to inform all affected customers of a scheduled power interruption on SATURDAY, October 17, 2026. Details below:
REASON:
To address detected hotspots on section fuse cutout switches at Alta Pharm and Saarenas St.
 TIME OF POWER INTERRUPTION:
 05:00 AM to 6:30 AM (1.5 HRS)
AFFECTED AREAS:
1. Greater portion of Brgy. Bulua from Zone 2 to Iponan Bridge including towards Zone 8 and Upper Zone 4.
2. All of Brgy. Iponan.
3. Zone 9, Bulua, Amaia Scapes Subd. and Assumption Village including Macapaya, Canitoan.
4. Silver Creek Subdivision and Townhomes and Victor’s Subd.
Power, however, will be restored immediately and without further notice if line works are completed earlier than scheduled.
